01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the xx55 platform regardless of how they access it — through a web browser, the xx55 mobile app or any other method. By using the platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

xx55 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute about the interpretation of these terms, the English language version shall be the binding reference.

02 Account Registration

To use the xx55 platform in full — including placing bets, making deposits and requesting withdrawals — you must register an account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals.

Eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are only permitted to hold one active account at any time. If you already have an existing xx55 account, you must not create a second one.
• Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to or used by any other person.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure. xx55 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep these details private.

xx55 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage. This may include a copy of a valid ID such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence, and in some cases proof of address or payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending completion of the verification process.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your login details have been compromised, you should contact xx55 support immediately. Prompt notification reduces the risk of financial loss and allows the platform to act quickly.

03 Deposits & Payments

xx55 accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. All deposits must be funded from a payment method that belongs to you personally. Using payment methods registered to another person is not permitted.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown during the deposit process.
• Deposits are credited to your xx55 account balance in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• xx55 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank — may apply their own transaction charges which are outside xx55's control.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on the platform. xx55 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large or unusually frequent deposits.
• Deposits made in error or via an incorrect account number should be reported to support immediately. xx55 will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of misdirected funds.

04 Withdrawals

xx55 processes withdrawal requests in PKR. Same-day processing is the standard for most requests submitted during operational hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of processing windows may be processed on the next available working day.

• To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held until the verification process is complete.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• xx55 does not charge platform fees on standard withdrawal requests. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside xx55's control.
• If bonus funds are part of your balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before those funds can be withdrawn. Real-money balances not tied to a bonus can typically be withdrawn at any time subject to verification.
• xx55 reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse or terms violations. In such cases, the withdrawal may be held pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

xx55 offers various bonus types including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and event-specific offers tied to occasions such as PSL season, major T20 series and other cricket events. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are shown at the point of offer acceptance.

General bonus conditions that apply across all offers:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings generated from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated clearly in each offer's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution percentages are listed in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine players and cannot be claimed for the purpose of extracting value without real gaming intent. xx55 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
• xx55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after you have already accepted the offer, any qualifying wagering already completed will be acknowledged.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on xx55 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots or sports — are subject to the platform's gaming rules. These rules are designed to ensure fairness for all players and the integrity of the platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. xx55 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets unless the platform has made a clearly identifiable technical or pricing error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sports event — such as a disconnection, game freeze or data feed failure — xx55 will resolve the bet based on available verified results. In cases where a result cannot be determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• For sports betting, including cricket and PSL markets, xx55 uses verified official results from the relevant governing body. Results are final once confirmed by the relevant authority.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These are displayed within the relevant game or betting market and may vary by event or game type.
• xx55 reserves the right to limit, restrict or close betting access for any user whose betting patterns suggest abuse of pricing errors, arbitrage strategies or other activity that falls outside the spirit of fair play.
• Live in-play betting markets for cricket and other sports may be suspended or closed during critical moments of a match — such as ball delivery in cricket — to maintain integrity. This is standard practice and not a platform error.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xx55 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering multiple accounts with the intent to claim bonuses multiple times or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets, interact with games or manipulate platform systems in any way.
• Collusion in multiplayer games — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage at live tables or poker-format games.
• Exploiting software bugs or pricing errors — knowingly placing bets or making transactions that take advantage of an obvious error in odds, game logic or account balances.
• Money laundering or fraud — using the xx55 platform to process, transfer or obscure funds derived from illegal activity.
• Chargeback abuse — initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after funds have been received and used for gaming activity on the platform.
• Using false identity information during registration or verification, including submitting forged documents.
• Allowing or facilitating underage gambling — permitting a person under the age of 18 to use your account.

08 Privacy & Data

xx55 collects and processes personal data as part of the account registration, verification and gaming experience. This includes your name, contact details, payment information and gaming activity. By registering on xx55, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that Privacy Policy. xx55 takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

xx55 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages and third-party service disruptions may affect availability temporarily.

• xx55 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues on your end, force majeure events or disruptions outside the platform's reasonable control.
• xx55 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses — including loss of expected winnings — where those losses are not directly caused by a verified platform error.
• Where xx55 is found to be liable for a direct loss caused by a platform error, the liability is limited to the value of the affected stake or transaction.
• xx55 makes no claims or representations about the expected outcome of any game or betting market. All outcomes are subject to the relevant game mechanics and statistical probability.

11 Changes to Terms

xx55 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, xx55 may also notify registered users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the xx55 platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
